Prices quoted are for double occupancy of rooms, there is an additional $25/person fee for more than 2 per room.
Children of all ages are welcome at
the Radium Getaway. Parents/
Guardians are asked to 'child-proof'
as needed to ensure that there are
no injuries to children or damages
to condo.
The top bunk is not safe for
children under the age of six (6) years.
Please use top bunk bed at your own
risk.
3 night minimum from Memorial weekend thru Labor day, and for all 3 day holiday weekends, some holidays may require longer minimums.
2 night weekend minimum from November thru April, holidays excluded.
Other days considered holidays and at the high season rate are: Valentine's Day and the weekends prior and after if it falls during the week;
Family/Victoria/Labour Day Weekend, Christmas/New Year (December 21st thru January 1st); Easter weekend (Friday, Saturday & Sunday); and Thanksgiving weekend (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday)
Weekend stays during high season and holidays cannot be broken up and must include both a Friday AND Saturday night stay. If for a 3 day weekend, stays would require the 3 nights of that particular holiday weekend (i.e. Friday, Saturday & Sunday nights for
Labour Day weekend).
A deposit equaling one night's stay, or 50% of the entire stay, whichever is greater, is due at time of booking. If booking is within 30 days of arrival date, or for holidays, 100% of stay will be charged at time of booking. Payment may be made by credit card or
Pay Pal. Balance is due one week
before arrival, payable with Pay Pal or credit card only.
If booked for a holiday or local event, payment in full is due at time of booking, and non-refundable.
NON-SMOKING PROPERTY: The property is completely non-smoking, indoors,
but guests may smoke on the balcony
but are asked to put smoking refuse
in the container provided. Minimum $500 cleaning and loss of use fee will be charged if we find you have been smoking
inside the property.
NO PETS permitted in or on the property.
3 night minimum stay required from
Victoria Day thru Labor Day, the week of Christmas thru New Years, and Thanksgiving Weekend
3 night minimum stay required for remainder of high season (May thru October)
4 night minimum stay required for Thanksgiving (Wednesday thru Sunday)
*exceptions may be made if there are less nights available in between other bookings

A refundable security deposit of $600 is collected at the time of booking rental. It is refunded within
14 days of check-out if everything is left in good order.
A Short Term Lease Agreement must be filled out, signed, and returned with the initial deposit payment.
Due to fire code regulations, there cannot be more than 15 people in or on the property at any time.
No more than 4 people on balcony at one
time.
We have a tandem underground parking
space for up to 2 cars. Street parking is permitted. We do not have parking or space for RV's.
Though alcohol is permitted, excessive drinking, heavy partying, and loud carousings are not permitted.
